Denied requests may be appealed; if the appeal is denied, you may contact the Montana Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection at dojmt.gov/consumer.

9d. Nebraska Residents (Nebraska Data Privacy Act)

If you are a Nebraska resident, you have the following rights under the Nebraska Data Privacy Act (Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 87-1101 et seq.), effective January 1, 2025:

• Right to know: confirm whether we process your personal data and access that data
• Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Right to delete: request deletion of personal data you provided or we obtained about you
• Right to data portability: obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable, readily usable format
• Right to opt out: opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects

We will respond to verified requests within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension. We honor universal opt-out mechanisms (such as the Global Privacy Control signal) in accordance with Nebraska law. Denied requests may be appealed; if the appeal is denied, you may contact the Nebraska Attorney General at ago.nebraska.gov.

9e. North Dakota Residents

North Dakota does not currently have a comprehensive consumer data privacy law. However, North Dakota residents are protected by applicable federal privacy laws and the North Dakota data breach notification statute (N.D. Cent. Code §§ 51-30-01 et seq.). We will notify you of any data breach affecting your personal information as required by applicable law.

9f. South Dakota Residents

South Dakota does not currently have a comprehensive consumer data privacy law. However, South Dakota residents are protected by applicable federal privacy laws and the South Dakota data breach notification statute (S.D. Codified Laws § 22-40-20). We will notify you of any data breach affecting your personal information within 60 days of discovery, as required by law.

9g. Wyoming Residents

Wyoming does not currently have a comprehensive consumer data privacy law applicable to private businesses. However, Wyoming residents are protected by applicable federal privacy laws and the Wyoming data breach notification statute (Wyo. Stat. § 40-12-501 et seq.). We will notify you of any data breach affecting your personal information without unreasonable delay and within 45 days of determining a breach occurred.

10. How to Opt Out of Data Sales and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell your personal information. However, if you are a resident of Colorado, Montana, or Nebraska, or if we ever engage in such practices in the future, you have the right to opt out of:
