The Company retains ownership of all underlying tools, templates, frameworks, and methodologies used to create deliverables.

Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with services, and to use such information only for the purposes of the engagement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
